Advantech platforms based on the Intel® Atom™ N450 and D510 processors range from Computer-On-Modules to 3.5″/5.25″ Single Board Computers and Industrial Motherboards. Full Spectrum of Intel® Atom™-based Embedded Platforms
Advantech has developed a new series of embedded platforms in various form factors based on Intel® Atom™ processor solutions including Computer-On-Modules, Single Board Computers and Industrial Motherboards. The Advantech COM-Ultra SOM-7562, with its mere 84 x 55 mm board size, is the most suitable solution for personal handheld applications. The COM-Micro SOM-6763 and ETX 3.0 SOM-4463 are expected to be ready at the end of Q1, 2010. Within the Single Board Computer class (SBC), the 3.5″ PCM-9362, 5.25″ PCM-9562, and PC/104 CPU module PCM-3362 are all currently available for compact application development. Advantech is also introducing a new Industrial Motherboard, the AIMB-212, which merges the efficiency of the Intel® Atom™ processor with the Mini-ITX form factor. Rounding out the list of offerings is Advantech’s half-size SBC, the PCI-7031, for highly expandable applications.
