Vincotech Releases New 900V And 1200V Paralell Booster

Munich/Germany, May 04, 2010 – Vincotech, a supplier of module-based solutions for power electronics, has introduced two new parallel boosters for 900V and 1200V designed for solar and SMPS applications. Both boosters come in Vincotech’s standard flow 0 housing.
The 900V booster features 900V CoolMOS™ C3 MOSFETs; the 1200V booster is equipped with 1200V high-speed IGBTs.

Both modules benefit from ultrafast 1200V SiC boost diodes and bypass diodes with low forward voltage. This makes them the perfect choices for input stages in solar and SMPS applications where high efficiency (98.5%) matters.
