This 244-pin, 72-bit wide, single rank Registered Mini-DIMM with small dimensions of 82.0 x 18.3 mm (0.72 inch) is a perfect choice for space limited industrial applications like ATCA and AMC data carrier blades or RAID controllers. The availability in commercial 0°C to +85°C (TCase) and industrial -40°C to +95°C (TCase) temperature grades gives flexibility in operating environment where cooling resources may be limited. The 72bit wide Registered Mini-DIMM offers the support for single bit ECC error correction, parity checking of the command / address bus and signal buffering for the clock, control, command and address lines, all together providing maximum stability, reliability and data protection. The Swissbit 1GB, DDR2, registered Mini-DIMM is available now in PC2-5300 speed grade and is fully compliant with the JEDEC DDR2 Registered Mini-DIMM specification and the JEDEC Raw Card A reference design.
