Chicago – January 18, 2022: Newark, an Avnet Company and global distributor of electronic components, products and solutions, today announced an expansion to its inventory of Omron products. The range now includes a vast array of dependable electromechanical components that ensure the performance, reliability, and safety of electrical equipment.

Some of the new products now available to Newark customers include:

• G7EB high power, low-heat generation power relay: Features low-heat generating design with low CR of 5 m Ω for high capacity / current applications. Ideal applications include PV inverters, power conditioning systems, industrial inverters and UPS systems.
• G2RG-X PCB power relay developed for inrush current prevention: Power relay with 500 VDC 10 A switching capacity (2 poles series wiring with 3.0 mm contact gap) UL and TUV certified. Ideal for energy storage systems.
• G6QE miniature and low height single-pole power relay: High switching current of 36 A@250 VAC and 10,000 operations, 30 A@250 VAC and 100,000 operations in a miniature package. Applications include PV inverters and EV chargers.
